Chronic Morning Headaches: How To Stop These Headaches?

I can’t get rid of my headache. Getting up in the morning sucks; because my head is throbbing and my vision is blurry. I’m I sleeping in the wrong position? I’ve tried taking aspirin and other medicines to relieve my chronic morning headaches, but it’s not working.

Sometimes I wonder if I drank enough water; so I drink lots of water before bed and get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. A full bladder interrupts my sleep. Medical doctors don’t really know what’s wrong.

I found certain medicines can create headaches.

The occasional use of over the counter pain medications are effective.

Pain Medication when used all the time actually produces and can add to your headache. certain medicine may cause headaches.

For example, taking more than three aspirin or other medications 2-3 times per week can turn intermittent headaches into chronic and daily headaches.

Taking pain-killers everyday can keep preventative medicines from working to there fullest. When backing off on pain-killer medicine, headache suffers find that their headache are less frequent and will stop in most cases.

Going painkiller drug free to cure my headaches.

So who would’ve thought going drug-free would cure my headaches; actually it didn’t; it did help though. The reason I was taking the medicine in the 1st Place was to kill the pain of the headaches.

So now I’m in a dilemma; taking medicine causes my headaches to get worse; stop taking the medicine I feel better yet I still have headaches.

You know how many different pillows I’ve tried, because I thought my chronic morning headaches were the result of my sleeping patterns.

My chronic morning headaches began frustrating me as I’m sure it would frustrate anyone. So I thought about how I was sleeping and decided to change my pillows. I tried soft pillows, hard billows, and contour pillows. Yet my chronic morning headaches persisted.

I thought that if I slept with a pillow under my legs it would help. I kept struggling for a good position to sleep in that would result in no more headaches in the morning. These headaches just would not go away.

My chronic morning headaches were completely relieved by chiropractic care, just some simple adjustments, I was surprised.

I visited the chiropractor to find that I had a subluxated vertebra; meaning a pinched nerve. This is what was causing my chronic morning headaches. The vertebra needed to be moved back into it’s proper place in order to stop the headaches and with chiropractic care the pain was relieved, of which, also eliminated my headaches altogether. Needless to say that makes me very happy.

It took about eight weeks of three visits a week and the pain has gone away, I’m completely relieved of those chronic morning headaches and I didn’t know how much sleep I was missing from all the stress and pain. chiropractic care certainly helped. Now I see my chiropractor on a regular basis.
