If you have enough they can produce a very nice income.

Stocks also are pretty safe because they are backed by actual companies most of which will continue to be around and grow for years.

3. Starting a Side Business

Creating a small business can be another great way of getting some passive income coming in each month. While it does take money and time to get a business up and running it can eventually lead to a nice passive income stream and if it lives on after your death it a business can be a nice legacy to leave behind.

These three investments are probably the best ways of growing your money and getting some extra cash flow from it. They may all take a little but of work, but they are all capable of bringing in financial security and success.
